Scholarship Programs to United States-United States Agency for International Development ( USAID ) program opens the Human and Institutional Capacity Development ( HICD ) which aims to provide full scholarships for Indonesian students who want to study the S - 2 at various universities in the U.S. . HICD program is administered by the USAID Program Office in collaboration with the Academy for Educational Development ( AED ) .The scholarship programs are offered through the program is Master Program ( S - 2 ) covering education Education Management and Policy , Psychology and Resource Development , International Education Policy, Language and Literature , Science and Mathematics Education , Leadership Education , Teacher Education , Legal Education , Financial Education , Education and Curriculum , Research Design Education , Politics of Education , Te and Testing , Inclusion Education , and Guidance and Counseling .In addition to education , scholarship HICD also opened for the Master's program in the field of Public Health .
